Data and privacy.
At IGAA, we value your privacy and believe in full transparency. This website does not track your browsing behavior or collect unnecessary data; we only process the information you voluntarily provide through our forms.
What this site collects
Nothing automatically. There is no analytics, no advertising pixel, no cookie banner, because there are no cookies to consent to. The fonts and images are served from igaaglobal.org itself, so opening a page does not tell any third party that you were here.
What the forms collect
Only the fields you fill in. Across the site that is: your name, your email address, your country, your professional background, your organisation where relevant, an optional link, and whatever you write in the message box.
Where it goes
Form messages are securely delivered by Web3Forms via encrypted channels (SSL/TLS), which passes the message on to IGAA's own email inbox. Web3Forms keeps a copy on its own servers, encrypted, and deletes it automatically after three years at the most; to block spam it may check the sender’s address against its filtering providers. Nothing is used to build a profile of you, and your details are never sold or rented.
Training data and AI models are a separate matter entirely. They are held and processed by AESIR Lab in Denmark, inside the European Union, in full compliance with EU GDPR standards. This website has no connection to them, and no personal data submitted through any form on igaaglobal.org is ever transferred to AESIR Lab or used as training data.
How long it is kept
Applications and enquiries are kept for as long as the conversation is live, and for up to two years afterwards so that we can remember who we have spoken to. Ask us to delete yours sooner and we will.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, ask for it to be deleted, and object to us holding it at all. Write to hello@igaaglobal.org and you will get an answer within thirty days, usually much sooner.
If you are not satisfied with how we handle a request, you can complain to the data protection authority in your own country.
Contributions to the lab
If you contribute recordings, transcripts or graded material to the Data Partner Lab, that is covered by a separate agreement you will be given before anything is collected. Two things are true regardless of what that agreement says:
- You can withdraw your own material at any time.
- You may not contribute material involving a client, guest or employer who has not agreed to it.
